1. Overview

At Hutbay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices for Mens, Women, and Kids. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is here to assist you. Returns and refunds are available on our products subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
• All Original Tags and packaging must be intact.
• A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Innerwear and Lingerie.
• Customized or personalized apparel.
• Items purchased from "Final Sale" or "Clearance" sections.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and complete the quality check, we will notify you. If the return is approved:

• The refund will be credited to your Original Payment Method (Bank Account/Card/UPI).
• Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to process.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was received damaged.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been Shipped. Once the order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return after receiving it.

6. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours). We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
